Shipping policy
Where we ship
Geibel Wrap ships only to street addresses and Post Office boxes in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship outside the United States. That includes Canada, Mexico, South America, and every other country. We also do not ship to U.S. territories, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Checkout will reject an address we cannot ship to.
We do not offer in-store pickup at 114 S Main St, Butler, PA 16001, and we do not offer local courier delivery.
When the order leaves Butler
Orders are handled and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not processing days.
An order placed after 2:00 PM EST is treated as received on the next business day. An order placed on a weekend or holiday starts on the next business day. The 1–3 business day window begins then, not at the minute you pay.
Estimated transit after USPS accepts the parcel
Transit time below is estimated, not a guaranteed delivery date. It starts when USPS scans the parcel, and it does not include the 1–3 business day handling time above. Estimates are from Butler, PA 16001, by USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, whichever service is selected at checkout.
Estimated transit inside the United States:
- Pennsylvania and nearby states (Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.): 2–4 business days.
- Other Midwest and Southern states: 3–6 business days.
- Mountain and Pacific states: 4–8 business days.
- Alaska and Hawaii: 6–12 business days.
A rural route, a weather hold, or a peak mailing week can add time. The tracking page is the record of where the parcel is. We do not promise a delivery on a named calendar day.
Shipping charge
Standard shipping is $9.00 USD on an order whose merchandise total is from $0.01 to $50.00 before tax. Orders above $50.00 in merchandise are charged the same $9.00 standard rate. The shipping line at checkout is the amount you pay. We do not add a fuel surcharge or a handling fee on top of that rate.
Sales tax
Item prices on the site do not include sales tax. Tax is added at checkout only where JENNA GEIBEL ER INC has to collect it. Shipments to Pennsylvania are charged Pennsylvania sales tax, 6% in Butler County, on taxable goods. If checkout shows a different tax line for your state, that line is the amount collected. We do not bake tax into the product price.
Carrier and tracking
Parcels go out by United States Postal Service. After USPS accepts the parcel, we email the tracking number to the address used at checkout. The same number is posted on the order in your account. Look there first. If the email is missing after the handling window, write info@geibelwrap.shop with the order number.
Addresses we will not ship to
No international destinations. No U.S. territories. No APO, FPO, or DPO. No freight-forwarder address used to send the parcel onward outside the United States. If a parcel is refused or returned because the address is outside these rules, we will contact you about a refund of the merchandise after the parcel is back, minus any shipping we cannot recover.
Delays
A holiday backlog, a storm, a USPS hold, or a gap in stock can push a ship date past the 1–3 business day window. If we cannot hand the order to USPS inside that window, we email you with the new estimated ship date and the choice to cancel for a full refund of what you paid. We do not mark an order shipped before the carrier has it.
Lost or badly damaged parcels
If tracking shows delivered and the parcel is missing, or the contents arrive badly damaged, email info@geibelwrap.shop within 14 days of the delivery scan, or within 14 days of the last scan if it never shows delivered. Include the order number and photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We will file with USPS or replace the piece, or refund the order, once we have that note. Claims opened after 14 days are harder to recover from the carrier, and we may not be able to replace the order.
